Network Underwater Monitoring Box (hereinafter referred to as the “Monitoring Box”) is a portable, all‑in‑one intelligent device designed for comprehensive underwater operations. It integrates waterproof video recording and waterproof lighting into a single rugged unit, making it suitable for a wide range of applications including underwater exploration, rescue operations, aquaculture, engineering tests, and scientific research.
Understanding the challenges of underwater environments, we have rigorously tested the entire unit in terms of structural integrity, electrical protection, and thermal management. It delivers stable and reliable performance under rated conditions, providing clear visuals and sustained illumination for your underwater missions.
I. Usage and Operating Instructions
The Monitoring Box features a high‑strength waterproof sealing design, making it simple to operate with a plug‑and‑play experience. To use, connect the unit to a 220V AC power source, securely plug the cables of the underwater camera and/or lighting lamp into the corresponding interfaces, gently lower the waterproof equipment into the water, and press the power button to start the system quickly. Once the operating interface appears, you can easily record video, capture still images, and adjust various parameters via the bundled software. In addition, an independent dimming knob allows stepless brightness adjustment of the lighting, helping you adapt to different water qualities and visibility conditions.
II. Precautions
Medium restriction: The underwater lighting lamp is designed exclusively for use in water. Do not operate it for extended periods in air or any other non‑aqueous medium (including on land), as this may cause overheating and damage due to inadequate heat dissipation.
Power safety: Ensure that you use a 220V AC power source that complies with national standards. Inspect all cables and connectors for damage before use to prevent water ingress or electric shock.
Operational care: Always confirm that all connectors are securely tightened before submerging the equipment. After the system has started, avoid frequent power cycling, as this may affect the lifespan of electronic components.
III. Maintenance & Care
Temperature and humidity control: Do not expose the Monitoring Box to extreme high or low temperatures, or to rapid temperature fluctuations. Keep it away from direct sunlight and heat sources to prevent housing degradation and internal overheating.
Moisture and shock protection: When not in use, wipe the unit clean and store it in a dry, cool, dust‑free location. Avoid dampness, rain, drops, or any mechanical impact.
Periodic inspection: It is recommended to check the cable connectors, sealing rings, and lens protective windows every quarter. Clean or replace any parts showing signs of dirt or aging to maintain waterproof integrity and image clarity.
