Qingdao Haibin Electronic Technology Co., Ltd.
The company's business scope covers electronic technology development, computer software development, technical consulting, services and maintenance, computer system integration, as well as the development, processing, wholesale, maintenance and repair of industrial automation, mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical equipment. It also wholesales laboratory equipment, instruments, electronic components, biological and chemical reagents (excluding hazardous materials).
The company actively responds to General Secretary Xi Jinping’s calls for domesticating scientific instruments and “lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets.” In collaboration with Qingdao University, Ocean University of China, and the Shandong Academy of Sciences Marine Instrumentation Institute, the company has successfully developed fully domestic multi-parameter water quality sensors for surface water and seawater, including conductivity, pH, dissolved oxygen, chlorophyll, turbidity, COD, and petroleum hydrocarbons. These sensors replace imported products from Sea-Bird (USA), ALEC (Japan), Anderaa (Norway), and Idronaut (Italy), and are applied in marine, fishery, industrial, and scientific research fields. The company has developed shipborne monitoring systems, buoy systems, and marine three-dimensional observation systems, supporting automatic watershed monitoring and sea-outfall sewage identification, monitoring, and traceability. It has completed key projects such as Jiaozhou Bay unmanned boat monitoring, marine ranch systems, and small buoy marine monitoring.
On the hardware side, the company offers fully domestic water quality sensors (dissolved oxygen, pH, turbidity, chlorophyll, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, COD, spectral multi-parameters, etc.), data acquisition systems, and platforms including buoys, unmanned boats, and monitoring stations. On the software side, it provides an intelligent cloud-based big data management system for data collection, visualization, modeling, analysis, early warning, and digital twin capabilities. With a leading domestic R&D team, the company has developed China’s first automatic continuous monitoring unmanned boat and self-learning spectral sensors, showing strong capability in new pollution monitoring equipment. Its main applications include automatic monitoring of rivers, lakes, and seawater, sea-outfall pollution traceability, and new pollutant monitoring and control.
