The HB-GSC100 online salt spray concentration monitor using a gas sampling method is a quantitative, real-time monitoring device designed for ultra-high salt spray concentrations in large or medium-sized salt spray chambers. It quantitatively samples the gas inside the chamber, collecting dispersed salt spray aerosol particles and introducing them into a fixed volume of absorbent solution. By precisely sensing changes in chloride ion concentration in the absorbent solution, it calculates the spatial mass concentration of chloride ions in the collected salt spray aerosol. The device also incorporates a temperature compensation function to cope with different operating temperature conditions, ensuring the accuracy of chloride ion concentration monitoring in the absorbent solution and improving the precision of salt spray concentration monitoring. The device is compact in size, has a self-cleaning function, and is easy to maintain.
