The tipping bucket rain gauge is a precipitation measurement instrument, and its performance meets the requirements of the national standard GB/T 21978.2-2014 "Requirements for Precipitation Observation". The core component, the tipping bucket, adopts a three-dimensional streamlined design, making water tipping smoother and featuring self-cleaning dust removal and easy cleaning. It outputs a pulse-to-Austria signal, allowing direct reading of rainfall without secondary calculations, making it simple and convenient.
The tipping bucket bushing features an integrated positioning structure. The tipping bucket is mounted in the shaft bearing via the tipping bucket shaft. The internal structure is pre-assembled at the factory, eliminating the need for on-site installation and simplifying installation.
The tipping bucket boasts a three-dimensional streamlined design with a downward-curving arc-shaped guide tip, resulting in a beautiful and smooth appearance, improved water-turning performance, and easy cleaning and maintenance.
The tipping bucket is equipped with a constant magnet, and the reed switch bracket holds a reed switch. The magnet and reed switch are pre-adjusted at a suitable coupling distance at the factory, ensuring a precise proportional relationship between the instrument's output signal and the number of tipping bucket rotations.
