The fully automated microbial growth curve analyzer is an automated microbial research instrument integrating photoelectric detection, temperature-controlled shaking culture, and automatic recording functions. This instrument can achieve online monitoring and culture of various microorganisms (bacteria, fungi, yeast, bacteriophages, amoebas, cells, and algae, etc.). During the monitoring and culture process, the instrument records the absorbance signal of the culture medium in the sample cell in real time, thus providing a basis for plotting the sample's growth curve. The application of this instrument frees microbial researchers from heavy manual labor when measuring microbial growth curves, while also saving a significant amount of experimental consumables (culture medium, test tubes, etc.), making it of significant practical value.
The instrument mainly consists of three parts: photoelectric detection, isothermal incubation, and shaking incubation. The photoelectric detection module uses the principle of light scattering to penetrate the sample and measure the absorbance at different stages of the sample's growth, thereby determining the sample's growth characteristics. Isothermal and shaking incubation provide a suitable culture environment for the sample.
Detection Mode: Light absorption, with 3 selectable light sources.
Detection Channels: Compatible with single standard 12-well, 24-well, and 96-well microplates, with a maximum of 96 detection channels.
Detection Parameters: Resolution (lowest detection limit): 0.0010D, channel relative standard deviation RSD <5%, sensitivity >99%; linearity error: <2%.
Detection Range: 0-30D
Oscillation Method: Reciprocating oscillation, oscillation frequency selectable from 0 to 45 times/second, up to 2700 t/min, amplitude 2 mm; oscillation duration selectable from 0.5 to 59 minutes, enabling the determination of microbial samples without interrupting the oscillation culture.
Cultivation Temperature Range: Cultivation temperature range: room temperature ~ 50°C (room temperature is 5°C lower than the experimental temperature); temperature uniformity between wells ±0.1°C.
Reading Speed: 30 seconds/plate.
Features an anti-condensation system on the cover to prevent water droplets from forming on the cover.
The instrument can be placed in an anaerobic workstation for anaerobic experiments and features Bluetooth data transmission capability.
Data Storage: It has an automatic backup function, records detailed data for each sample, and synchronously displays temperature curves. Experimental data is exported in Excel and Origin formats, and includes a 16GB microSD card.
